  • Seeding on the north end of the project.
  • Begin grading around the sheet piling walls.
Schedules are subject to change due to weather and other unforeseen circumstances.

Map 1

The Central segment section of trail running southwest from vantage point #1 on map 1 above appears to have the sheet piling walls in place and preparations for installing the cap are under way.

The photos below were taken from Inver Grove Trail on the south side of the pond to show the length of the sheet piling walls being installed.

The northern half of the section of trail from vantage point #1 to vantage point #2 on map 1 above has been graded and prepared for paving.  Below are the photos showing that progress.

Seeding of the finished area of the northern section of the Pine Bend Bluffs segment (between vantage point #1 and #3 on map 2 below) has begun and will continue to work its way south along the newly paved trail.

Map 2

The photo below was taken at vantage point #1 on map 2 above showing the start of seeding along the trail.

Work south of 117th St E. to the Rosemount border consists of the completion of finish grading along the newly paved trail.

Map 3

The picture below was taken from vantage point #1 on map 3 above.  It appears that seeding is all that remains to complete this section of trail.

If you would like to get e-mail updates on this project as they are posted send an e-mail to erin.borchert@co.dakota.mn.us with "Add me to the CP 97-98 (MRRT - Pine Bend) update list" in the subject line.  I will continue to follow this project and post updates from time to time to show the progress of this great new trail.
